Terms of Service
日本語版を読む1About the service
Dojo Journal is an online practice service for the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test. It offers mock exams, score forecasts and explanations in several languages. Dojo Journal is independent and is not connected with the Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation, which runs BJT. BJT is the Foundation's registered trademark.
2Your account
You need an email address to use paid features. Keep your sign-in link private. One account is for one person; sharing an account with others is not allowed.
3Price and payment
Prices are shown in Japanese yen and include consumption tax. You pay by card when you order. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.
4Access period
The Mock Pack gives you access for 12 months from the day you pay. Access ends automatically; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
5Refunds
If you have not started any mock exam, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by writing to support@dojojournal.com. After you start a mock exam, or after 7 days, payments are not refunded. If a technical problem on our side stops you from using what you paid for, we will fix it, extend your access or refund you.
6Score forecasts
Score forecasts are estimates based on your answers in our mock exams. They are not official BJT results and do not guarantee any score on the real test. Visa and admission rules are set by the relevant authorities and institutions; check them before you rely on a score.
7Content and copyright
Questions, audio, explanations and design on Dojo Journal belong to BIRDNECK LLC or its licensors. They are written for practice and are not taken from the real exam. You may use them for your own study. Copying, reselling or publishing them is not allowed.
8What you may not do
Do not share paid content, use automated tools to copy questions, try to break into the service or interfere with other users. We may suspend an account that does these things.
9Changes and closure
We may update these terms. Before a change takes effect, we will publish the new terms and the date they take effect on this page, and we will email paid users about any change that affects them. If we ever close the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of active access periods.
10Law and courts
These terms follow the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version applies.
